Self-Care: Seeking balance in busy lives
Taking care of yourself can be a challenge. Work, family, and social commitments can leave us feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. In this workshop, you will discover what you can do to stay calm, cool, and collected when it feels like life is pulling you in many different directions. By the end of the workshop, you will have a specific plan of what you can do to care for yourself on a regular basis. So sit back, relax, and enjoy!
